AER Home Services Corporation — the parent company of Pest Hunters and Humbug Holiday Lighting — is expanding our “Ground Game” marketing efforts across Middle Tennessee.

We are hiring a Field Marketing & Sign Placement Specialist to deploy marketing signage (e.g., yard signs) and distribute door hangers in targeted neighborhoods.

If you like independence, flexibility, and getting paid based on output — this opportunity was built for you.

This is not a clock-in job.
 This is not hourly babysitting.
 This is performance-based work with strong earning potential.

Estimated earning potential: $25–$35 per hour based on production.

How Compensation Works

All work is tracked and verified through our company app.

  • You will log placements inside the app

  • The app tracks and verifies completed work

  • Payment is based strictly on verified production

  • The more efficient and consistent you are, the more you earn

If you prefer guaranteed hourly pay regardless of output, this will not be a good fit.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Placing branded marketing signage (e.g., yard signs) in assigned neighborhoods

  • Distributing door hangers in designated territories

  • Following mapped routes and production quotas

  • Logging completed placements in our tracking app

  • Representing a fast-growing local brand professionally

You will be assigned specific neighborhoods and production targets — but you choose when you complete the work (within guidelines).

Door hangers must be placed between 9 AM and 5 PM.
 Marketing signage (e.g., yard signs) may be placed anytime that is safe and convenient.

Typical workload: 8–15 hours per week.
 No mandatory shifts. No micromanagement.

Territory Requirements

This role requires the ability and willingness to drive different assigned routes throughout Middle Tennessee, including:

  • Clarksville

  • West Nashville

  • Brentwood

  • Franklin

Reliable transportation is required. Routes may vary week to week based on marketing priorities.

Requirements

  • Must be 18+

  • Reliable vehicle

  • Valid driver’s license and insurance

  • Clean driving record

  • Able to pass background check

  • Smartphone capable of running our tracking app

  • Comfortable driving different routes throughout Middle Tennessee

  • Comfortable working independently outdoors

  • High level of personal responsibility

If you need someone constantly checking on you, this will not be a good fit.
